Rebecca Konrad leads the International Finance Corporation’s transport investment program in Asia. Ms. Konrad joined IFC’s Infrastructure department in 2005 in Washington, DC, where she arranged large-scale transport financings such as the US$1 billion BTP container terminal in Santos, Brazil, and also worked on power and water financings. Since 2011, she has focused on Asia and also served as IFC’s Resident Representative in Cambodia. Prior to joining IFC, Ms. Konrad was an associate with ING Investment Management, an actuarial analyst with a U.S. insurance company, and spent two years as a volunteer math teacher with the United States Peace Corps in Guinea. Ms. Konrad holds a B.A. in mathematics and an MBA and is a CFA charterholder.
